Case Management
Our case managers partner with teens ages 12–19 to navigate challenges, connect to resources, and create plans to reach goals. Whether a tough situation at school, finding safe housing, applying for a job, building life skills, or getting extra support, Christine is here to help.
Christine can help with employment, advocacy at school or home, legal assistance, health and substance use support, and connections to other resources.
Working through systems and connecting with other service providers can be overwhelming — a case manager can be your trusted advocate every step of the way.
